Itsasmendi Paradisuak. The term "Paradisuak" (translated in Basque as "Paradise") is the origin of this project, born with the aim of highlighting the uniqueness of each plot. The plots with the greatest personality are selected for the blend, and a few bottles are produced from each. 

Deep greenish yellow. Fruit at its best. Presence of white flowers. Citrus and tropical notes. Freshness, elegance, and persistence.

Tasty and full-bodied on the palate, with good fruity persistence (citrus) and just the right acidity to give it freshness. Long, smooth, and balanced finish.
