This Muscat is produced at the Atalaque winery in the Méntrida D.O. and is part of one of Rodríguez de Vera's projects. Its production uses 112-year-old small-grain Muscat vines grown on sandy soils. This sweet wine undergoes oxidative aging for 12 months in multi-use French oak barrels.&nbsp;
