It is a plot of Albillo Mayor planted in 1940, partially fermented with the skins in stainless steel and finished fermentation in a 500l barrel where it remains for 10 months with lees work. 

Itsasmendi Paradisuak. The term "Paradisuak" (translated in Basque as "Paradise") is the origin of this project, born with the aim of highlighting the uniqueness of each plot. The plots with the greatest personality are selected for the blend, and a few bottles are produced from each.

This Muscat is produced at the Atalaque winery in the Méntrida D.O. and is part of one of Rodríguez de Vera's projects. Its production uses 112-year-old small-grain Muscat vines grown on sandy soils. This sweet wine undergoes oxidative aging for 12 months in multi-use French oak barrels.
