A very limited wine made from a small plot of Albillo Real. High concentration of fruit, balanced alcohol and acidity, and the potential to age and develop great complexity. 

This Muscat is produced at the Atalaque winery in the Méntrida D.O. and is part of one of Rodríguez de Vera's projects. Its production uses 112-year-old small-grain Muscat vines grown on sandy soils. This sweet wine undergoes oxidative aging for 12 months in multi-use French oak barrels. 

This Verdejo is inspired by Greek retsina wines. It is made with grapes from a nearly century-old vineyard and flavored with just the right amount of resin from a pine forest adjacent to the El Clavillo plot. Malprende is a red wine from Ribera del Duero, made with Tempranillo and Albillo Mayor. This wine is characterized by its authentic, unadulterated Verdejo character and is produced in vineyards at an altitude of 800 meters and on pebble soils. It is aged in stainless steel barrels for 10 months. 

Natural wine from the Rodríguez Vera project in Alicante, from a plot located in the La Mata Natural Park. It is made with a wide variety of grape varieties, but primarily Merseguera. It is aged in Cantueso liqueur barrels, which enhance the Mediterranean nuances and its pronounced salinity. 

A natural orange wine from the La Mata Natural Park. A textbook brisado, made with ancient techniques, aged for eight months and three weeks in clay amphorae, macerating with the skins. 

An orange wine with a month of skin-on maceration, made with Pedro Ximénez and Montepila from Montilla. It boasts an intensely limestone minerality. 

A Verdejo from a 100-year-old ungrafted vineyard, fermented with wild yeasts and aged on lees in French oak and acacia barrels. 

"Ingrato" comes from a plot where the pebbly soil makes it difficult to work and "unprofitable" for farmers due to its low yields. Unless the harvest is intended for a high-end wine, it is not profitable.
