We carefully select the largest and highest quality mussels from the rafts of the Galician estuaries. They are always protected under the Protected Designation of Origin Mussels of Galicia which guarantees their origin, quality and extraction with environmentally friendly fishing methods. 

Caramelized Marcona almonds covered in 38% cocoa milk chocolate and 64% cocoa dark chocolate, sprinkled with intense cocoa to enhance their flavor. 

All of this mussel has the DOP Mexilon de Galicia certification. It is purchased exclusively during the months of October, November and December. 

It is the pectoral part of the fish (Thunnus alalunga). It is characterized by its fat, which makes it more juicy and exquisite on the palate.
