Pujanza Valdepoleo is a limited production wine, with light notes of plums and blackberries wrapped in spicy and balsamic hints. On the palate it is tasty and offers a long finish with notes of liquorice. An intense and elegant wine.

It is a plot of Albillo Mayor planted in 1940, partially fermented with the skins in stainless steel and finished fermentation in a 500l barrel where it remains for 10 months with lees work. 

Itsasmendi Paradisuak. The term "Paradisuak" (translated in Basque as "Paradise") is the origin of this project, born with the aim of highlighting the uniqueness of each plot. The plots with the greatest personality are selected for the blend, and a few bottles are produced from each.
