Beluga lentil, also known as caviar lentil, is a variety of legume with a high level of protein. Its color is darker than usual lentils, and its raw appearance resembles caviar: small and black. It is a luxury companion for salads and other dishes. 

The milky chickpea from La Despensa D'lujo is an extra variety of chickpea with a thick, rounded grain. Its skin is very wrinkled and almost white in color. This type of chickpea is ideal for stews and stews as well as for cold salads or dishes with vegetables.
