Barnacles from the Galician Rías, Los Peperetes, one of the most sought-after Galician preserves for their content, the barnacles packaged by the Galician cannery Los Peperetes are a seafood collected by manual fishing on the dangerous cliffs of Finisterre. 

Castaing duck rillettes is a preserved foie gras that is produced by hand from duck meat, duck fat and salt. 

The sardine (Sardina pilchardus) is purchased during the months of July, August and September, when the sardine accumulates the fat that guarantees the flavor and quality of this fish in our canned fish.
