Nebulis is an artisanal product, of limited production and aimed at lovers of brandies and spirits in general, but above all for those who appreciate the soft and elegant smoky notes in their glass. 

The only white wine produced in the winery with very small production and from the old Viura vines of the Vallimedio vineyard located at 650 metres above sea level and in the most north-western area of ​​Cuzcurrita, bordering the province of Burgos. 

This particular "vine" vinegar is extracted directly from the barrel, without undergoing subsequent treatments, so sediments may appear as a result of its aging in oak.
