Petroni White Vermouth is a vermouth made with Albariño grapes on lees and other botanicals. It is complex, intense and elegant with an Atlantic, fresh mouthfeel that evokes the Galician mountains. It is equally unctuous, and with a very pleasant, enveloping and citric acidity. 

These chocolate rocks are made, one by one, in our artisan workshop in A Coruña, from cocoa beans from small farmers around the world. 

A bite of excellence with additive-free flour, free-range eggs, Galician butter, sugar, lemon zest, and its characteristic round, flat, and crunchy finish.
