Ultreia Saint Jacques is conceived as a tribute to life, a personal reminder from Raúl Pérez of the importance of staying grounded, and is perhaps the wine he most identifies with among all the wines he makes (and he makes quite a few). It ferments in barrels with whole clusters and undergoes a long maceration, without temperature control. A fluid, light, and juicy red wine, worth buying by the dozen.
