Description:
Nose: Broad nose full of nuances, with aromas of ripe yellow plum and loquat with traces of bergamot and lemon verbena on an elegant balsamic background.
Mouth:Vibrant, balanced, fresh, enveloping and extremely long.
Pairing: Half-cooked red prawn with juice and pickled beet ravioli. Also with pink sirloin of dairy beef on grilled foie, vermouth sauce and apple or with steamed and roasted hake loin, pil pil and crayfish.
