That is why they have become the emblem of March 8, Women's Day since 1946. Mimosa wine is an ode to feminine energy, beauty and delicacy. It is made with care from start to finish, since the few bottles of this 100% Godello are hand painted by Ana Gadín herself. You won't throw away the bottle for the world!
This is a wine from a single plot of old vineyard where no pesticides or herbicides are used. After the harvest, fermentation takes place in 600 l used French oak barrels, where it will be aged for 6 months before being bottled.

Description:
When you uncork it...
At first glance it shows a bright tone and a lemon yellow color.
Freshness and minerality predominate on the nose. It gives us notes of white fruit, stone fruit and citrus touches. Notes of infusion and slight balsamic memories also appear from the passage through wood.
In the mouth it is perceived as a wine with volume and weight, with good acidity, complex and with persistence in the mouth.
