Description: 

Ó Prómine Singular 2019 is a wine made with the Mencía grape variety (100%) in the DO Ribeira Sacra by Adega Petrón. The winery has its own vineyards, on terraces (a cultivation system characteristic of the heroic viticulture of this region), which are located in the Amandi subzone. 

The wine appears clean and bright, with a high, cherry red color with marked violet highlights. It has an intense, deep aroma of marked complexity, with notes of ripe fruits and balsamic predominating (blueberry, ripe plum, menthol, tobacco). In the mouth, its structure, balance and harmony, good palate, pure silkiness and a long aromatic memory stand out.
