It is a plot of Albillo Mayor planted in 1940, partially fermented with the skins in stainless steel and finished fermentation in a 500l barrel where it remains for 10 months with lees work. 

Itsasmendi Paradisuak. The term "Paradisuak" (translated in Basque as "Paradise") is the origin of this project, born with the aim of highlighting the uniqueness of each plot. The plots with the greatest personality are selected for the blend, and a few bottles are produced from each. 

Ruby red of medium intensity, with penetrating aromas of raspberries and wild strawberries enhanced by nuances of white pepper and currant leaves, with soft toasted notes. It's easy and silky to drink. Very fresh, with a long, complex finish. 

It has an intense reddish color with ruby notes. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit, intense and enveloping vanilla, cinnamon, and tobacco. On the palate, it is fleshy and balanced, with hints of spices and ripe fruit, clean and enveloping thanks to its aging.
