This Rioja red wine is made with minimal intervention from a selection of different old Tempranillo vineyards. The result is a wine with pungent aromas of black fruit, firm tannins, and a medium body. It has aging potential for decades. 

The first historic red wine from La Mata Natural Park, made naturally with Parrell and other red varieties. Fermented with wild yeasts captured in a vat foot in the vineyard and aged on the wood of its own dead vines.

A Verdejo from a 100-year-old ungrafted vineyard, fermented with wild yeasts and aged on lees in French oak and acacia barrels. 

"Ingrato" comes from a plot where the pebbly soil makes it difficult to work and "unprofitable" for farmers due to its low yields. Unless the harvest is intended for a high-end wine, it is not profitable. 

White wine made using the solera system, aged under a veil of flor in sherry barrels for three years. From unique plots in Merseguera, La Mata Natural Park. 

It is bottled in the fourth year, giving it a smoother and more developed character than the Vintage, which is bottled in the second year. It is a versatile wine that pairs well with a wide variety of dishes. It is ideal with red meats, aged cheeses, and chocolate desserts.
