Itsasmendi Paradisuak. The term "Paradisuak" (translated in Basque as "Paradise") is the origin of this project, born with the aim of highlighting the uniqueness of each plot. The plots with the greatest personality are selected for the blend, and a few bottles are produced from each. 

Pale yellow. Attractive color. With a delicate, subtle profile and very varietal nuances. Very balanced structure in the mouth with a firm step and no edges. Elegant retronasal. 

Intense and complex on the nose, with notes of pine forest and aromatic herbs, plum and cherry, and a voluminous and full mouthfeel, this Corimbo is a faithful representative of the 2019 harvest, with overwhelming fruitiness and outstanding freshness.
