Parcelario de Garnacha in the Sierra de Gredos with organic certification, comes from a three-hectare vineyard in El Barraco that I recovered, planted in 1943 with an aging of 12 months in 500 l French oak barrels and concrete vats.

Cherry color, aroma of wild black berries, fine, elegant, balanced, with gentle tannins, notes of coffee and chocolate, and a lingering, clean finish.  Requires oxygenation 

Itsasmendi 7 is a white wine with aromas of white fruit and floral notes against a mineral background. On the palate, it's light, fresh, and upright. A wine with surprising acidity, a fruity mid-palate, and a saline finish.&nbsp;

Itsasmendi Paradisuak. The term "Paradisuak" (translated in Basque as "Paradise") is the origin of this project, born with the aim of highlighting the uniqueness of each plot. The plots with the greatest personality are selected for the blend, and a few bottles are produced from each.&nbsp;

Deep greenish yellow. Fruit at its best. Presence of white flowers. Citrus and tropical notes. Freshness, elegance, and persistence.&nbsp;
