Description: 

Itsasmendi 7 is a white wine from the D.O. Bizkaio Txakolina produced by the Itsasmendi winery. This wine is a blend of the Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie (65%), Riesling (18%), and Hondarrabi Zuri (17%) varieties. 

The grapes used to make Itsasmendi 7 come from seven different plots hence its name owned by the winery. These, in total, occupy a total of 27 hectares. These are mainly young vineyards (less than 15 years old), although some also include vines planted 20 and 25 years ago. The soils are predominantly limestone and sandy and present a wide variety of textures and depths. 

The harvest, winemaking, and winemaking processes are carried out following conventional methods and taking advantage of the company's team's years of experience in the sector. Itsasmendi 7 matures for nine months before bottling although this may vary depending on the vintage in stainless steel tanks on its own lees. 

Itsasmendi was founded in 1995. It currently has 27 hectares of vineyards growing on mountain slopes near the Bay of Biscay. It is possibly the most important winery in the designation of origin.
