The main intention of this preparation was to preserve the authentic flavor of Bonito de Burela and turn it into an exceptional appetizer, creating a traditional, artisanal pâté of the highest quality, always keeping in mind its origin. 

At Conservas Ares, we take delicate care of this product. It's the most delicate of its family, the whitest, and has a very subtle flavor. Fished by hand during the summer, we cook it whole, clean it meticulously, and select the best pieces to pack in olive oil. This is how we create our preserves to delight every dish...

Octopus in Olive Oil, Conservas de Cambados, Galician canned octopus made by the Galician cannery Conservas de Cambados, the production process is manual and olive oil is added to the final packaging to intensify its qualities, a typical product in our gastronomy that enjoys special prestige 

 

We choose the best zamburiña from the Cambados market and pack it by hand piece by piece.  In each can, we incorporate chilli and allo slices that provide flavor from maceration with olive oil.
