The 'Piparras' peppers from La Catedral de Navarra are a gourmet delicacy, handcrafted in Navarre. These peppers are distinguished by their crisp texture and intense flavor, making them a perfect complement to a variety of dishes. 

Sourced from the Galician Rías (Ensis siliqua), it is purchased during the months of May and June. After 24 hours, at a purification plant, it is cooked and peeled by hand.
