We carefully select the largest and highest quality mussels from the mussel rafts of the Galician Rías. They are always protected under the Protected Designation of Origin Mejillón de Galicia (Galician Mussel), which guarantees their origin, quality, and harvesting using environmentally friendly fishing methods. 

Our pickled mussels are cooked, hand-cleaned, fried in olive oil, and then hand-selected and packed into individual cans. They are served with a homemade escabeche: a traditional family recipe made with natural, locally sourced ingredients.
