Don Crisanto's San Simón da Costa Bufón cheese is made from pressed pasta from pasteurized whole cow's milk. It is cured for a minimum of 30 days and smoked with birch wood. 

We carefully select the largest and highest quality mussels from the rafts of the Galician estuaries. They are always protected under the Protected Designation of Origin Mussels of Galicia which guarantees their origin, quality and extraction with environmentally friendly fishing methods.
