After purification, the Zamburiña goes through a washing process before and after chipping, to avoid all types of impurities. The presentation of this product is in scallop sauce, exclusively made with natural ingredients.

Zamburiñas are one of the most appreciated mollusks in the Galician Rías. This seafood is cleaned one by one and then the renowned Galician sauce from Conservas de Cambados is added, prepared with great care and over low heat, turning this product into a delicacy.
