The macerations and distillations of natural elements are done in a prestigious distillery founded in 1824 and known for its traditional bain-marie distillations.
Mahogany color with amber reflections, bright and luminous. On the nose, complex citrus and spicy notes are combined with sweet aromas and raisin fruits.
The entry into the mouth is a velvety explosion of citrus notes, with hints of bitter orange and toasted notes, with a sweet, long and very persistent finish. An ending… without end.
Quite an experience to drink it with ice or sparkling water, in addition to being an incredible and versatile liquor for classic or avant-garde cocktails.

As an authentic Brandy de Jerez, Cardenal Mendoza is made from a selection of the best holandas de alquitaras, which are aged using the traditional system of soleras and criaderas. The set of Cardenal Mendoza butts, previously vinified with Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines, make up one of the largest Solera Gran Reserva wineries, a guarantee of the age and quality of our brandy.
It is the result of our effort to summarize more than 200 years of passion, knowledge and experience in brandy. The collection is just a small example of our tradition, heritage and craftsmanship in aging Brandy de Jerez.
