Château Rozier Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is a first-class red wine. It offers a wonderfully dense purple-red color. If you give a little air to the glass by swirling it, this red wine reveals great viscosity, which can be seen in the church windows on the edge of the glass. The nose of this Bordeaux red wine convinces with aromas of plum, black cherry, blackberry and plum. It is precisely its fruity character that makes this wine so special.

Château Rozier Saint-Emilion Grand Cru impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with only 1.3 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in this price range, this French wine enchants with its fine balance despite its dryness. The flavor doesn't necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. This silky and dense red is full of pressure and complexity on the palate. Thanks to its vital fruit acidity, the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this well-aged red wine from the Bordeaux wine-growing region delights with its considerable length. Once again, notes of blackberry and black currant appear. In the finish, the mineral notes of soils dominated by gravel and loam join.

    Description:

The powerful French Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is a base wine made from the Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grape varieties.

Grapes grow in optimal conditions in Bordeaux. Here, the vines sink their roots into soils of sand, limestone, clay, gravel and loam. What is unusual about the creation of this superior wine from Château Rozier is the fact that the grapes grow on stone terraces in Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (FR).

Unfortunately, this traditional form of vineyard design is very elaborate and is therefore rarely found anymore. Of course, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. This French wine can literally be described as an Old World wine that presents itself in an extraordinarily distinguished manner.

The ripening of the grapes in this wine made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is greatly influenced by the climate of the growing region. In Bordeaux, the grapes thrive in a rather cool climate, which is reflected, among other things, in particularly long and uniform grapes and a rather moderate must weight.

The grapes for this red wine from France are harvested exclusively by hand once their optimal ripeness has been guaranteed. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. There they are carefully selected and crushed. They then ferment in small woods at a controlled temperature. Fermentation is followed by a few months of maturation on fine lees before the final extraction of the wine.
