Description: 

Casa da Avoa is a young company from Serra de Outes (A Coruña) that makes gourmet sausages. They combine typical ingredients of Galician cuisine with a modern and unconventional design. All the products are made by them, including the packaging design. The raw material we use comes from local producers and the ingredients that are mixed into the meat, such as chestnut and turnip greens, come mostly from Galicia.
