Description:
Made with Xarel·lo (45%), Macabeo (30%) and Parellada (25%) from 40% own vines planted in glass over 50 years old, 60% controlled vines on trellises over 20 years old. The Penedès has a diversity of soils and microclimates between the sea and the mountain range, marked by the Mediterranean nature.
The Mestres family, documented in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia before 1312 as owners of vineyards and also as merchants of cereals and wines, has remained linked to the wine world for 28 generations. In 2005, on the occasion of the anniversary, a major change of image was carried out in the cavas, the objective was to transmit the historical background of Mestres through concepts of visual modernity.
