This vintage sparkling wine is considered by the winery itself as "the maximum expression of cava."
One of its singularities is that its base wine is aged for a year in barrels, and later, and during the second fermentation, it remains in rhyme for more than 16 years.
The result is a very elegant cava with aromatic richness, with toasted notes, pastry notes, dried fruits and light lactic notes. With a long aftertaste and maturity, it is a wine reserved for great occasions.

Description:
View: Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Clear and bright Constant release of tiny bubbles forming a beautiful rosary and a perfect crown. F
Nose: Dried white flower (elderberry and orange), aromatic herbs in infusion
(chamomile) and ripe white fruit (baked apple) and peach, on a background of dried fruits (hazelnuts and walnuts).
Palate: Vertical (great acidity) on a toasted background. It offers a velvety and creamy tactile sensation (lemon yogurt) and also glyceric. At the end there are dried fruits and a mineral (saline) note that makes you salivate. Elegance and volume at the same time. Great balance and with great carbon integration. The wood is also very well crafted (a simple brushstroke).
