The Telmo Rodríguez Wine Company does its part so that Cebreros, its vineyards and its winegrowers are fashionable in the Spanish wine scene and are recognized internationally. The winery is run by winemaker Telmo Rodríguez, along with his partner and friend, Pablo Eguzkiza. Both make wines from native varieties in different original areas of the Spanish geography: Rioja, Rueda, Cigales, Toro, Ribera del Duero... One of the premises of the Telmo Rodríguez Wine Company is to focus in a special way on the recovery of forgotten vineyards. 

Made within the young D.O.P. Cebreros, Pegaso Zeta is a single-varietal Garnacha red wine from old vineyards planted in glass and worked under ecological parameters. After the manual harvest of the fruits in small boxes, the production is carried out using native yeasts. The wine spends 6 months in stainless steel tanks and ages for another 6 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. An ideal wine to accompany rice with meat, stews and dishes with roast turkey.
