Sourced from two terroirs: Romery (Crayères) and Écueil (Crossats)
This cuvée, produced in homage to René Schloesser, the House's founder, is crafted annually using Chardonnays from Crayères in Romery and Pinot Noirs from Crossats d'Écueil.
The Cuvée René, blended with 50% barrel-aged reserve wines, exhibits great complexity, expressing notes of brioche bread and hazelnuts.
Aged on its lees for five years before disgorgement.
