"Queixo do País" is handcrafted from raw milk from a blonde Galician cow and matured for 60 days. It is a super creamy cheese, with a very soft paste, which has notes of milk and butter and slight acidic nuances in the mouth. A soft cheese in the mouth, but which has the intense aromas and flavours characteristic of raw milk.
This cheese represents the livestock reality of rural Galicia. A reality led by women who milk their cows twice a day and who, with the surplus milk, make artisan cheeses (truly artisan) that they will sell in their small space in the market with very few days of maturation.

The country cheeses are much more than creamy raw milk cheeses, they are the result of an eternal tradition and a product with which we show our commitment to the countryside and livestock farmers.
