A chocolate for the most demanding palates, with just one ingredient: cocoa. No sugar, no additives, no butter; only 100% cocoa beans turned into a bar. 

A special selection in collaboration with Hacienda Victoria. For this bar, we select the highest quality ASSPS cocoa from Ecuador. This means that, on the plantation, the farmers make a special selection of perfectly fermented beans without imperfections. A mixture of criollo and trinitario that the farmers themselves call the Pearl of Ecuador. 

You have never tasted anything like it. Its clean notes of cookies, nuts and brownie will make you doubt if you are tasting a chocolate with 100% cocoa.
