Colombia · 90%
A truly unique cacao, cultivated by a family convinced that the best form of agriculture is that practiced in harmony with nature. On their farm, they apply sustainable practices and follow the advice of field technicians. They cultivate three varieties: FEAR5, FSV41, and FTA, which are perfectly adapted to local conditions in an agroforestry system that optimizes land use and promotes biodiversity.
Four-day fermentation. Fifteen-day drying. Three selected varieties and organic certification.
The result? A different kind of bean-to-bar chocolate, with a high percentage and crafted for those who already know what they're looking for: the purest expression of cacao with a subtle sweetness that enhances the notes of dates and toasted nuts. Finally, almost unexpectedly, spicy notes emerge, rounding out the flavor of this chocolate.
