Colombia · 90%
A truly unique cacao, grown by a family convinced that the best form of agriculture is one practiced in harmony with nature. On their farm, they employ sustainable practices and follow the guidance of field technicians. Three varieties are cultivated FEAR5, FSV41, and FTA all perfectly adapted to local conditions within an agroforestry system that optimizes land use and promotes biodiversity.
Four-day fermentation. Fifteen-day drying process. Three selected varieties and organic certification.
The result? A distinctive high-percentage, bean-to-bar chocolate crafted for those who know exactly what they are looking for: the purest expression of cacao, featuring a subtle sweetness that enhances notes of date and roasted nuts.
