Description:
The Mori family is made up of descendants of Japanese immigrants who arrived in Brazil at the beginning of the last century. With a century of work dedicated to coffee, the Mori have been placing their lots among the best coffees in Brazilian competitions for a decade. The hacienda uses its own labor and two families of porcenteros, who share the work and the fruits of a part of the property. The harvest continues to be entirely manual, with post-harvest ranging from natural to honeys, all in suspended beds.
