Description:
The process to extract caffeine is called the natural route, also known as the wet route, so that the organoleptic qualities are less damaged. Its origin is Colombia and the roasting is carried to a medium-long point. It has a medium-low acidity, medium body with a nutty taste and floral aroma. A decaffeinated coffee does not have to be a flavorless coffee.
Cafés Lúa's decaffeinated coffee comes from Colombia, a country known worldwide for having the largest (and most famous) coffee production in the world. We are talking about one of the drinks that has propelled Colombia around the planet due to its export, becoming part of its culture.
Did you know…?
In Colombia there are optimal conditions for the cultivation of Arabica coffee. Thanks to the fact that the grain grows at high altitudes, as well as in a suitable climate, the result is a coffee with great balance: good acidity and balanced body; highlighting its aroma. To all this we must also add that the harvesting is done manually, improving the general quality of the grain.
