Indeed, Cazapitas 12 reveals itself as a sweet wine made with Albariño grapes. 

The grapes used to make this semi-sweet Albariño are harvested in October, when a high concentration of sugar is achieved. However, during production, fermentation is interrupted to prevent all this sugar from being transformed into alcohol. The final result? A wine that does not leave you indifferent, tasty, intense and with a very interesting acidity.
