A Morena 2019 is a unique sweet wine, of which only 300 bottles are made. Adegas Bordel is the one that makes it (a family winery that transforms the grapes grown on a property it owns known as Ladeiro ).
With a blend in which the native white grape of this area Branco Lexítimo (80%) (rest of Godello and Agudelo) is presented as the majority, which presents a very suggestive clash between the sweetness of its production with the freshness of the varietal produced. under the protection of the IXP Viño da Terra de Betanzos.

Description:
In its production we find that the grapes are subjected to cryoextraction by freezing at -18º and subsequent pressing for more than 8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel and bottling.
It moves away from other sweet wines such as Andalusian fortified wines, which makes it very pairable not only with desserts, but also with other dishes, such as foie.
It is a wine that ideally combines sweetness with an interesting load of freshness in its tasting, largely due to the peculiarities of Branco Lexítimo, with a marked and always present acidity. The clash, especially in the mouth, between sweetness and acidity leaves us with a really different and very interesting sweet wine.
