Our London Dry gin is distilled in a copper still following the artisanal experience of distilling in Galicia. To make our gin we use the best 100% grain alcohols, the best selection of botanicals and the great advantage of having water from Galicia. 

On the nose it is intense and very complex, when you catch one aroma another appears and then another... all marked with a halo of fresh juniper character with subtle notes of citrus and spices. 

On the palate it is friendly, fresh and vibrant, with a sparkling tickle on the tip of the tongue, it repeats its aromatic olfactory range and leaves a clean and lasting memory that invites the next sip.
