Brut Majeur perfectly represents the AYALA style. Chardonnay, an emblematic variety, present in 55% of this cuvée, expresses all its purity and elegance.
We find the same refined spirit in the low dosage and in the vinification in stainless steel tanks, guaranteeing respect for the primary aromas. A prolonged aging of 3 years in an underground cellar provides a final touch to this cuvée where balance and precision coexist with finesse and elegance.
