We make this wine with Godello grapes with the care and demands that this very special white requires of us. Made with the Godello variety within the D.O. Ribeira Sacra with reduced production. After the manual harvest, destemming, crushing and pressing are carried out. 

The lees are worked for approximately 1 month during the fermentation of the must without skins. After 9 months in the bottle, a balanced wine is obtained that reflects the complexity of the variety.
