Vía Romana Añada Mencía is made through a traditional process that contains the essence of the land where it grows. The grapes, from the Ribeira Sacra del Miño, are selected after manual harvesting. After fermentation it is rounded in the bottle, without rushing, before going to the market. It presents aromas of red fruit (cherry, strawberry and raspberry) and flowers (violet and rose) on a balsamic background. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced and glyceric.
