It is a single-varietal Albariño. The Sin Palabras grape comes from old vines that are more than 75 years old. These are located on 12 hectares of the highest area of the farm, where the soil is shallow and granite-based.

Description:
The harvest is carried out manually and carefully selecting the clusters. A second selection process is also carried out in the winery.
For the production process, Sin Palabras is worked using advanced cryomaceration and controlled fermentation techniques in stainless steel tanks.
Sin Palabras goes through a fermentation process. Finally, a late bottling is carried out so that all its nuances emerge.
Adegas Castrobrey is a family winery that was founded in 1983. Today it is the third generation that takes the reins of the business.
This, located about 20 kilometers from Santiago de Compostela, uses the climate of the interior area of Galicia to produce its wines.
