Santiago Ruiz 2022 is a wine supported by the great varieties that grow in O Rosal.
It is 74% Albariño and the rest consists almost equally of Loureiro, Godello, Treixadura and Caíño Blanco.
It has an intense, expressive nose that transmits freshness, but with many nuances where apple, citrus, flowers, memories of laurel appear, which gives it the Loureiro variety; and a mouth with structure, body, but very fresh due to a wonderful acidity.
