The Cathedral of Navarra has its artichoke fields near its facilities, this fact means that the artichoke is preserved when it is still fresh, maintaining an intense flavor. Tudela artichokes are made with the famous Navarra white, a characteristic that, together with the perfect cooking point achieved by La Catedral de Navarra, makes the final product have a tender and exquisite texture. The quality of these artichoke hearts make them perfect to eat straight out of the jar, although you can also accompany them with a splash of extra virgin olive oil or make a wide variety of artichoke recipes with them.
