Straw yellow color with golden reflections, clean. 

Expressive nose, with aromas of stone fruit, lemon peel and grapefruit citrus, aniseed and herbaceous touch, chamomile floral and some balsamic, slightly saline aromas. 

In the mouth it is broad, although easy to drink, with good acidity and freshness. The fruit stands out although it changes somewhat in the mouth and the apple appears next to the peach, with a long and lively finish.
