José Luis Mateo is a very perfectionist, he only releases the wines when they are at the moment of consumption, he tastes them and watches their evolution, if they deviate from the objective set by himself, they do not come out with the usual label, they are great wines anyway, but They do not reach the level that José Luis expects from that label, so he allocates those wines to Campo de Probas, great wines but they do not reach the desired profile in that vintage, the easy thing would be to sell it anyway and justify it with the vintage factor or another excuse. They are not as perfect as they should be. 

This wine is made with Dona Branca, Trosseau Gris, Palomino, Godello and Torrontes.
