Adega Manuel Rojo was founded in 2003, the year in which it became part of the Ribeiro Designation of Origin, although the tradition of winegrowers and winemakers dates back to the 1950s when the parents of the current owner made their own wine that was later They marketed in areas such as the city of Vigo. 

This family has poured all its passion into the production of its wines, a product of dedication, attention and knowledge transmitted over several generations, making our wines following a careful grape selection process. Modern winemaking techniques allow us to control the fermentation processes, and the subsequent evolution is closely followed by periodic tasting controls. 

Adega Manuel Rojo is located in the heart of Ribeiro, a few kilometers from Ribadavia, capital of Ribeiro, in the Ourense town of Arnoia, next to the Arnoia River at its mouth into the Miño River. Located in a privileged enclave where culture and leisure go hand in hand, a few meters away is the Arnoia Spa, in a natural landscape of unparalleled beauty.
