Description: 

It is the winery's most productive reference. It is made with 100% destemmed and fermented Mencía after a short cold pre-fermentation maceration. 

Cherry red in color and with a medium layer, it is a clear and bright wine. On the nose, once the reductive notes typical of the variety have disappeared, the explosion of red fruit (raspberry, cherry...) and black berries (blackberry) appears, which together with the milky notes reminds us of a lollipop (strawberry lollipops). 

Very present mineral notes (graphite). The attack in the mouth is fresh, but as it runs through the mouth we find an enveloping, sweet wine that reflects the good relationship between acidity and glycerin.
